1 If your order is “Fulfilled”, you can see the "Track Number".

2 You will then be taken to an overview of your recent shipping history of your package on the third website.

Verification Processing Shipping Delivery

Verification

Before we ship out, we do a verification about the order, if there is no problem, a confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it is difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. We will try our best to delivery your items after receipt of your payment.

Shipping

All order FREE SHIPPING use standard shipping from 15 to 35 days might be different from country to country.

All order above $199 FREE SHIPPING use fast shipping which take only 3 to 10 days.

All the shipping method is weight-based. When all the items add up to 2KG, please contact us to help you, because it's not allowed to ship via standard shipping if more than 2KG, we will advise you ship with express.

Currently we have 3 delivery centers, which are located in China, USA and Germany. The arrival time of your goods might be different from country to country. Pls consult our customer service for more details.

* The delivery speed only for reference, sometimes will be delayed by holidays, festivals, bad weather, custom, Etc. Thus, please wait patiently when you do not receive your item on time.

* Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
